  16. Too much or too little lubricating oil in the bearing will cause the bearing to overheat.When the bearing speed n=1500r/min, the oil level should be lower.

When the oil pressure is significantly reduced, the oil filter should be checked and cleaned.

In order to make the reducer easy to dissipate heat, its outer surface should be kept clean, and the air vents should not be blocked.If the temperature of the cabinet is too high, check whether the oil level is too high, the surrounding heat dissipation conditions are not good, the oil quality is aging, or the amount of cooling water is not enough, the cooling effect of the cooling coil is not good, etc.
