　　The external electric roller is a new type of electric drive device in which the motor is installed on the outside of the drum body and the speed reduction mechanism is installed inside the drum body.It not only has all the advantages of the original electric drum, but also overcomes the weak points of the motor's poor heat dissipation, easy to burn, and limited use power. Its power can reach 160kW or more.

　　The external electric drum has three installation types: type l, type II, and type III, which can meet the installation needs of different occasions. There are currently three types of internal reduction transmission structures: fixed shaft gear, cycloidal pin wheel, and corona gear. All kinds of hairpins are carefully designed and safe to use.

　　The supporting power adopts the Y series standard motor. If the YB series flameproof motor is selected, it can be applied to the field and platform with flameproof requirements. Therefore, various types of external electric drums can be sent to flameproof type.

　　The external electric drum produced by our company is equipped with (GB5014-85) HL type elastic pin coupling: For large-scale users, in order to improve the starting performance, YO× torque-limiting hydraulic coupling can be used instead of coupling Brake; brakes can be installed with braking requirements. The brake adopts Yw B electric hydraulic block brake, and correspondingly use a coupling or coupling of the same specification with a brake wheel; there is a one-way backstop Backstop can be added as required.

　　The company can design motor brackets and brakes, couplings, hydraulic coupler guards, etc. for users, and the design is carried out according to user requirements.
