  The reducer selected according to the above K value can no longer be checked for other items.

  XNUMX. Lubrication of reducer:

  1. Gear lubrication and reducer cooling

  Usually gears are lubricated by an oil sump, and the reducer is cooled by natural ventilation.

  When the working equilibrium temperature of the reducer exceeds90 ℃, Or the carrying power exceeds the thermal power P. , Can use circulating oil lubrication (cooling), if the oil sump of the reducer is large and there is space, it can also be cooled by adding a disk-shaped pipe circulating water in the oil sump.

  For the reducer that has been stopped for more than 24 hours and must be started with full load, circulating lubrication should be used, and circulating oil should be passed before the machine is started, so that the oil supply is normal before starting the main engine.

  For a machine that has been stopped for a long time but can be started with no load, it should be rotated for a few minutes under no load to make the gears and bearings fully lubricated, and the machine can be operated with load only after it works normally.

  The amount of oil lubricated by the oil pool, and the oil level should be as high as the oil standard.

  The amount of circulating lubrication oil is generally not less than0.5L/kW, or calculated by heat balance and bonding strength.

  When using oil pool lubrication, L-CKD320 (or VG320, Mobi1632) extreme pressure gear oil can be used.

  When using circulating lubrication, L-CKD320 (or VG220, Mobi1632) extreme pressure gear oil can be used

  2. Lubrication of bearings

  When the reducer gear is lubricated by an oil pool, the bearing is lubricated by gear splash oil. When the reducer is cooled by circulating oil lubrication, the bearing is also cooled by circulating oil. At this time, the oil inlet and outlet holes of the bearing need to be provided to fully ensure the lubrication and lubrication of the bearing. Oil circulation.Lubricating oil is the same as gear oil.

  Nine, installation, use and maintenance

  1. The axis of the connection between the output shaft of the reducer and the working machine should be coaxial, and the installation error should not be greater than the allowable value of the coupling.

  2. When gears, sprockets and other transmission parts need to be installed at the end of the output shaft, the following method should be adopted during the design and installation of the transmission system: the direction of the resultant force acting on the reducer should point to the foundation.

  3. After the reducer is installed, the oil sump of the box body must be filled with suitable lubricating oil to the height specified by the oil standard.The middle engraved line on the oil mark is the horizontal installation position, and the upper engraved line is the installation position.After oil filling, it should be operated without load for a period of time, and it can be put into normal operation after confirming that the operation is stable and without oil leakage.

  4、首次注入的润滑油需在运转300-600小时后更换。此后,每运转1500-5000小时更新一次,具体时间应根据工作环境而定,但最长更换时间不应超出18个月。在换油时应同时清洗磁性油塞。
