5 Installation, use and maintenance
1) The reducer should be installed steadily and firmly, and it should be able to rotate flexibly after installation.
2) After installation, you must inject the required lubricating oil, generally L-CKClOO-L-CKC220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil (formerly N100N150N220), and the oil level should reach the oil level plug.
3) 20 days after the new reducer is used for the first time, it must be replaced with a new lubricating oil. In the future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. If it is found to be aging, it must be
Replace it at any time, and check the oil level frequently. If it is lower than the specified height, make it up in time.Under normal circumstances, the long-term continuous use of the reducer should change the oil once every six months.
4) During the working process, if the oil temperature is found to rise significantly and exceed 85°C or produce abnormal noise and vibration, stop using it, check the cause, and remove the fault before using it.
5) The user should have reasonable maintenance rules and regulations, and make detailed records of the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the maintenance for inspection.
